Continuation from June 18, 2025. Applicant has submitted a planned development and site plan application of a townhouse development, and associated site improvements, having ten dwelling units in three buildings on 1.57 acres along Brown Avenue.

SP2024-007 Extension Request: 1305 Elm Street, Central Business District, Ward 3
Applicant has submitted an extension request for a site plan application for a 5-story, 37- unit apartment building with commercial uses on the first floor.

SP2024-010 Extension Request: 747 Grove Street, Redevelopment District, Ward 5
Applicant has submitted an extension request for a site plan application for the razing of existing structures and the redevelopment of a new, 15-unit residential building, and the associated site improvements.

S2025-004 Condition Modification Request: 329 Front Street, Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 12
Applicant has submitted a request to modify a condition of approval for a subdivision application for the creation of one new buildable lot of 8,796 sq. ft. (Lot 39A) from the parent parcel of 24,486 sq. ft. (Lot 39).

Applicant has submitted a conditional use application for the reduction of parking corresponding to the new affordable housing units and the existing recreational use where 118 parking spaces are required and 46 parking spaces are provided: 38 for the gymnasium use and 80 for the residential use.

Applicant has submitted a site plan application for the construction of a car wash facility on an approximately 2 acre lot.
CU2025-022: 275 Hooksett Road, General Business District, Ward 1
Applicant has submitted a conditional use application for the reduction of parking corresponding to the additional use of the new car wash facility on the property where 45 parking spaces are provided where 89 would be required and 17 stacking spaces are provided where 20 are required.

SP2025-019: 151 Walnut Street, Civic-Institutional District, Ward 2
Applicant has submitted a site plan application for the change of use from the previously approved site plan for a museum with accessory office and classroom space, to a social club with a restaurant, health and wellness facilities, co-working space, boutique hotel, and an artist-in-residence program. The proposal includes a new valet driveway, handicap accessible ramp, and landscaping.

Applicant has submitted a conditional use permit application for a reduction in required parking, where 49 parking spaces are required and 2 spaces are proposed.

Applicant has submitted a site plan application for the change of use from office to congregate housing, with associated site improvement.
CU2025-023: 633 Second Street, General Business District, Ward 10
Applicant has submitted a conditional use permit for a reduction in required parking, where 10 spaces are required, and 7 spaces are proposed.
