The Queen City welcomes Jane Beaulieu and daughter Amber Enright to the downtown restaurant scene. The Beanstalk Cafe at 363 Chestnut Street is opening Tuesday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can check them out here on Facebook.
