Best Buddies New Hampshire to host “Champion of the Year Gala”

Best Buddies New Hampshire is thrilled to announce the “Champion of the Year Gala”. The event will be held on November 23, 2019, at 7 pm at the Grappone Conference Center, 70 Constitution Ave, Concord, NH. Champion of the Year brings the best of the best of our community together in friendly 10-week fundraising competition. This year’s event features a select group of individuals, professionals and community leaders. These philanthropic trailblazers will compete to raise the most funds for Best Buddies New Hampshire and earn the ultimate title of Champion of the Year.
By reaching out to the community to raise funds and spread awareness, candidates champion for Best Buddies, our mission, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Hampshire. The campaign culminates with the gala where the winning Champion is crowned. 300 guests are expected.
Best Buddies® is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Founded in 1989 by Anthony Kennedy Shriver, Best Buddies is a vibrant, international organization that engages participants in each of the 50 United States, and in 50 countries around the world, positively impacting individuals with and without disabilities worldwide.
