Police have identified a bicyclist who was injured Sept. 2 after he was thrown into oncoming traffic from his bike following a collision with one car, and then run over by another car.

This week there are some meetings of interest, including discussion during the regularly scheduled Manchester NH Board of Aldermen meeting on Tuesday night about creating an ordinance to ban the sale of spice, and also review of the proposed “chicken” ordinance. That meeting is preceded at 7 p.m. by an open public comment session.
After approximately 45 minutes Fries was located and again failed to comply with Troopers commands, at which time he was taken into custody by the police dog, sustaining minor injuries to his left arm in the process.
