Any vehicle parked on the streets will be towed and impounded. Vehicles parked in the downtown district are not subject to towing until after 1 a.m. Look for the blinking strobe lights placed at various intersections throughout the City or call the Highway Department at 603-624-6444 with any questions
Voting is underway for the first-ever Manchester Holiday Lights Contest!
No parking on city streets after 10 p.m. Saturday night into Sunday morning at 6 a.m.
This means that you should park your car on the even side of the street during the month of December.  If parking is presently allowed on only one side of the street during the day, parking will be permitted on that side of the street every night. There is no overnight parking permitted on the circular portions of dead-end cul-de-sacs.Â

The Manchester Planning Board on Nov. 20 released a draft of the 2020 Manchester Master Plan is available for public review and comment. The Board would welcome any and all comments on the plan.
On Saturday, October 24, the Manchester City Clerk’s Office, located at City Hall, 1 City Hall Plaza, will be open extended hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for ‘Voting Saturday.’ Residents will be able to come in to register to vote, request an absentee ballot or vote absentee in person.
Free COVID-19 Testing for city residents will continue Tuesdays and Thursday through at least September.
