Manchester School District has released the list of 524 Memorial High School students who achieved honor roll status for the second marking period.
Manchester Central High School was well-represented, with 16 students competing, among 300 attendees going head-to-head in 40 business-related events.

On Monday night, the Board of School Committee approved the hiring of two current district administrators as principals at Webster Elementary School and Southside Middle School. Kelly Espinola, the current principal at Parker-Varney Elementary, will be the next principal at Southside. Jenny Lynch, the current assistant principal at Green Acres Elementary, will be the next principal at Webster.
For the first time ever, Manchester School District’s high schools will host events geared at getting students of all ages involved in sports in the city. In another first, the events will feature collegiate signing ceremonies for graduating student-athletes.
