Troopers from Troop D and Troop B along with the investigators from the New Hampshire State Fire Marshal’s office are working to identify the driver who was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The fire shut down westbound traffic for 45 minutes.
Preliminary investigation revealed that Colin Farley, 29, of Manchester, was traveling west on Route 101, in a 2004 Volvo XC70, when he struck a pedestrian, Tony Morin, 43, of Raymond.

Troopers determined that a vehicle driven by a Nashua woman was traveling north and struck a motorist standing outside of a disabled vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
This is the second reckless operation charge for Ashwayne Rose, 19, of Manchester.
The victims of the fire have been identified by the Medical Examiners office.
The boy was flown to Dartmouth Hospital for treatment.
