The nonprofit was founded by Amherst resident Susan Combs in memory of her father, Maj. Gen. Roger E. Combs — a decorated Vietnam War veteran who served in both the Marine Corps and Air Force.

The New Hampshire Higher Education Union (NHHEU), IBEW Local 2320, is pleased to announce that it has reached a tentative agreement with the Community College System of NH (CCSNH) for full-time faculty members. It comes after a bargaining process that focused primarily on compensation, health insurance and contract language about workload.
