Richard (Rik) Cornell, MSW, ACSW, LICSW, and Vice President of Community Relations and Development, has announced his retirement from The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.  After a lengthy and distinguished career with just one organization, Cornell will finalize his work in May but will stay on as a part-time Clinician and Trainer.

n sentencing Rinaldi to serve 8 to 20 years in the  NH State Prison, Judge William Delker noted the palpable pain in the victim’s voice and tension in the room as she testified at trial. When explaining the reasoning behind the sentence, Judge Delker also pointed to Rinaldi’s attempt to shift blame for the sexual assaults to the victim.

Thanks to a heartfelt commitment to assist those who served our nation’s military, New Hampshire Housing and M&T Bank have coordinated with Easterseals NH to provide key financing to provide the funding to construct an affordable housing complex for veterans at the site under development in Franklin.  New Hampshire Housing allocated the project about $7 million in Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits of which M&T is purchasing to facilitate the redevelopment of the 15-acre Daniel Webster Farm Campus and transform it into a residential and program center for veterans and their families.

More than 200 event-goers braved snow, ice and high winds on Thursday, April 4, to support Girls Inc. of New Hampshire’s annual Fuel Her Fire gala and auction at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua. The event raised more than $245,000 for Girls, Inc., setting the bar as the non-profit organization’s most successful fundraiser to date.
