Brookside Thrift Shop opened the doors to its new expanded location March 2 in the carriage house behind Brookside Congregational Church. The church’s historical building in the North End will now allow for a broader offering for one of the largest populations in need – children and families.
Brookside Congregational Church is holding its 6th Annual Christmas Concert on Dec. 19, kicking off a series of smaller no-cost community events to celebrate the season.

The Empty Bowls benefit held on October 18 raised more than $8,000 for New Horizons of New Hampshire. Now in its 13th year, more than 400 people attended the annual October event at Brookside Congregational Church.

The candlelight walk will begin at 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 3 in the church parking lot, 2013 Elm St. Those wishing to participate should gather by 7 p.m. Candles will be provided by the church, as well as bottles of water and bathrooms, for those who need them.
Cost for corned beef & cabbage fundraiser is only $10 for adults and $5 kids for 12 and under, $30 max per family.
