Catholic Charities New Hampshire and the Currier Museum of Art are teaming up to co-host “Families Coping with the Opioid Crisis,” a special program for families and loved ones impacted by the opioid epidemic. It will be held on Oct. 17, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at the Currier Museum of Art, 180 Ash St.. in Manchester.
Next up in the Currier Museum’s Side Door Music Series is Upstate Rubdown, a unique use of the city’s premiere art space, bringing talented musicians from across the globe to the Currier Museum of Art.
The installation aims to stimulate awareness and discussion of global deforestation, engage the community in art activity and dialogue, and forge a connection between the museum and downtown.
The event is free and open to the public, reinforcing the Currier’s commitment to the New Hampshire community through family-friendly activities and a range of programs for visitors of all ages.
The Currier Museum Side Door Series, which has launched very strong since the series began last year, selling out, I think, every show, is a great place to mix it up for a night and hear good music.
