Stephanie Farley, 29, of Weymouth, Mass., was charged with two counts of simple assault; possession of a controlled drug; disorderly conduct and resisting arrest/detention.
Detectives approached Rivera and located 100 of the oxycontin pills, with an estimated street value of $4,000. They also located approximately $780 in cash, and the vehicle Rivera arrived in, a 2005 GMC pick-up truck. The truck was towed to police headquarters and a full search of the vehicle will be completed once a search warrant is signed.
Jarrett Cote’s last known address was Elm Street in Manchester. Officials believe he may still be living as a fugitive in the central or southern part of New Hampshire, or northern Massachusetts, and that someone knows his whereabouts.
Nery Cruz was charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug also a felony. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled in court on March 2.
