Vice President Mike Pence visited Manchester on Thursday for a public double-header – first an appearance to talk about Trump’s tax policy during a “Tax Cuts to Put America First forum, followed by a fundraiser for Gov. Chris Sununu.
The Saint Anselm College Survey Center at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics has launched its inaugural survey, assessing significant degrees of partisanship between Democratic and Republican voters in the state, as well as strikingly different solidarity within the individual parties.
Led by Governor Chris Sununu, the “Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative” promotes individual wellness for Granite Staters by empowering workplaces to provide support for people recovering from substance use disorder.
The Governor was joined at the signing immediately after his State of the State address by guests David Meaney of the American Legion, Ray Goulet of the NH Chapter of Vietnam Veterans of America, Paul Lloyd of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and Ernest Sulloway of Disabled American Veterans.
Gov. Sununu refers to the draft as “financially sound” and in alignment with the priorities expressed by communities as well as entities, such as NH Department of Transportation and the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Intermodal Transportation (GACIT), during public hearings.
If New Hampshire is serious, it’s going to have to do more than send love letters.
On Friday, Dean Kamen announced the launch of BioFabUSA, a new biomedical manufacturing company focused on the research, development, and creation of artificial tissue growth.
The announcement is part of Gov. Sununu’s “Cutting Regs and Red Tape” agenda.
“Our first hundred days in office are over, but our commitment to economic and workforce development is only at its beginning,” Governor Sununu said.
