On Sunday the NH DHHS announced 44 new positive test results for COVID-19, and a third death related to the disease.

Gov. Chris Sununu is issuing a stay-at-home order and closing state beaches on the Seacoast effective Friday at midnight and extending public school closures until May 4 to stem the spread of COVID-19.
The original order is set to expire on April 7. A spokesman from the Governor’s office stated in an email that he is actively reviewing the date of the order and wants Granite Staters to know that extensions will likely be made as the state continues to respond to COVID19.

On Wednesday, the state announced 29 new positive test results for COVID-19 bringing the total to 137 saying community transmission is increasing in New Hampshire.
A Greater Manchester Alternative Care Site, set up in 72 hours for an anticipated surge in COVID-19 patients, was possible because of plans put into place by the city’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) consisting of the mayor’s office and the city’s health, fire and police departments.
New Hampshire is looking for any and all medical professionals, retired or licensed out of state, businesses and anyone else who would like to help pitch in to help in the COVID-19 crisis as volunteers.
