This is causing us more concern since people from other states who have higher numbers of COVID-19 are coming to our recreational area instead of following the request to stay in their homes!  These same people are entering into our grocery stores, restaurant pick up areas, and other essential spaces which is causing more of a possibility of the spread of COVID-19 to our community essential workers to not mention the actual community.

ven while self-isolating at home, Pat Long is still a busy man. He currently serves as the alderman for Ward 3 in Manchester as well as a state representative for Hillsborough District 10. While both the city council and the state house are closed while the epidemic persists, Pat has been involved in video chat sessions in order to get things done.

Following the critical efforts and guidance of the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security, Governor Chris Sununu signed the Relief for Workers Affected by Coronavirus [CARES] Act agreement which provides New Hampshire with 100 percent funding from the U.S. Department of Labor to support benefit payments to people receiving unemployment as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

A virtual tenants rights training on April 2 from 6-7:30 p.m. via Zoom will cover the changes that have been made as a result of COVID-19, your rights around eviction and available support to individuals. The training will be provided by NH Legal Assistance.
