The federal Bureau of Prisons told the Berlin Sun on Wednesday that a staffer tested positive for COVID-19 at the Berlin medium-security facility in New Hampshire. No inmates have tested positive.

On Wednesday, New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu announced three new emergency orders, following the three he released on Tuesday.
“We are taking steps to help Granite Staters, ensuring they have the support and services for themselves, their families, and their businesses throughout this crisis,” Gov. Sununu said.
The number of confirmed cases in NH is now 17.

During Sunday’s press conference Chan said the number of confirmed cases in New Hampshire had risen to 13, nearly double Friday’s announcement of 7 confirmed cases. He also said 380 people have been tested in New Hampshire, with 275 of those having negative results. There are 100 test results pending, he said.
