Joshua Hamlett, 34, was arrested at the police station after he allegedly stole a cell phone, belonging to another man. Police arrested Hamlett at police headquarters.

Police say the three arrested were selling crack and heroin in Manchester.
Detectives from the Special Enforcement Division received information that Robert Audette, wanted by the U.S. Marshal’s service, was in the Mall of New Hampshire on November 3. He was wanted by Laconia police, and arrested without incident.
Troopers seized 55 fingers of heroin, two bricks of cocaine, individually-packaged bags of cocaine, scales, Percocet, marijuana, and $56,820. The street value of the confiscated drugs is estimated to be worth approximately $40,000. The amount of heroin seized, removed roughly 2,750 individual doses of the drug.
Elmer Torres was charged with intent to sell 300 grams of heroin, intercepted by police.
