Grizeliz Glenn, a resident of the city, was arrested during Tuesday night’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. She came to the meeting to speak during public comment, asking for greater accountability for the Manchester Police, particularly demanding that officers under investigation for excessive force not return to patrol until those investigations have concluded.
