MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police have released the name of the driver and victim involved in an accident July 3 that resulted in the death of a bicyclist.
Police say Megan Tremblay, 40, of Manchester was behind the wheel of a 2014 BMW when her car collided with a bicycle traveling west on Merrimack Street from Hanover Street at about 11 p.m. The bicyclist, identified by police as Eugene Letendre, 83, of Manchester, was taken to Elliot Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The crash remains under investigation by the Manchester Police Traffic Unit Collision Reconstruction and Analysis Team. Anyone with information regarding this crash is urged to contact the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711.
