February 19 Planning Board: Continuations for a package distribution facility + a subdivision

The following application will be discussed during the limited public hearing:


SP2025-030: 157 Gay Street, General Industrial / Industrial Park District, Ward 8

Originally continued from January 8, 2026. Applicant has submitted a site plan application for a change of use to an existing commercial building from an indoor fitness center to a package distribution facility with associated site improvements on 0.7 acres.


S2025-015: 406 Brown Avenue, Redevelopment District and Residential Two-Family District, Ward 9

Continued from February 5th, 2026. Applicant has submitted a subdivision application for a lot line adjustment of two lots with existing buildings wherein one building on Lot 1 will be transferred to Lot 1A. The lots will now have 12.23 acres (Lot 1) and 15.39 acres (Lot 1A).
