Rain will continue to fall across northern New England, dropping between 1 and 2 inches through this evening. Rainfall may be heavy at times. Snow melt due to warm temperatures will combine with the rainfall to lead to possible rises on area rivers and poor drainage flooding. Local visibility is affected by condensation due to warmer temps, creating fog.
