Today high pressure controls our weather with some sun and warmer with highs in the low 70s.

Warm-Up

A warming trend is expected to develop from Monday through Wednesday, bringing a summer-like feel with highs in the 80s. The first surge of humidity will arrive on Wednesday, with temperatures remaining in the 80s.

Hiking Report/White Mountains Weather

Elevations for summits above 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire Today: Summits will be shrouded in clouds at times. Expect highs around 60 degrees, except for lower temperatures in the 50s at elevations above 5000 feet. Southeast winds will be gentle at up to 10 mph, with gusts reaching up to 20 mph.
Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire Today: Peaks will appear and disappear among the clouds. There’s a possibility of afternoon showers. Expect highs in the mid-60s. Winds will be light and variable, shifting to the southeast at about 10 mph in the afternoon, with gusts reaching up to 25 mph. There’s a 40 percent chance of rain.
