After seven years of exceptional service, Brianna steps into her new role as Member Experience Manager II, furthering her commitment to helping members reach their financial goals.

MANCHESTER, NH – Since joining St. Mary’s Bank in 2018 as a teller, Brianna Perry has built a career rooted in connection, integrity, and service. Over the years, she has earned the trust of both members and colleagues while serving in roles such as Sales & Service Representative, eCare Representative, and Branch Float Supervisor.

In her new role, Perry will lead operations of the Pease branch under the guidance of Regional Manager Sanela Zulic, ensuring that every member experience reflects the values that have guided St. Mary’s Bank for more than a century — trust, care, and community. She will coach and empower her team, champion operational excellence, and turn member feedback into action that strengthens relationships and drives satisfaction.

“Brianna leads with heart,” says Zulic. “She listens, connects, and inspires those around her. Her passion for helping others is exactly what makes St. Mary’s Bank such a special place for our members.”

Beyond her role at the branch, Perry continues to invest in her professional growth and community. She is a proud participant in both the Emerging Leaders Program (2024) and Rising Star Leadership Program (2025) a member of the St. Mary’s Bank Young Professionals Group, and an active volunteer with Greater Nashua’s Women Hygiene initiative.

As St. Mary’s Bank continues to grow across New Hampshire, Perry’s leadership will play a vital role in ensuring that every member experience is rooted in the values that define us — trust, care, and community.

Perry’s journey reminds us that at St. Mary’s Bank, growth isn’t just about careers — it’s about people helping people succeed.
