CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces the grand opening for its Correctional Industries Retail Showroom on May 23. Renovations began on the building in early spring.
The Retail Showroom, located at 312 North State St., Concord, will sell a wide array of inmate-made products from New Hampshire Correctional Industries and the Hobbycraft recreation program. Customers who visit the store will be able to purchase items such as furniture, baskets, jewelry, wooden game boards, artw
ork, and crafts.

Customers can also place special orders for custom-made furniture and other projects by visiting the showroom during regular business hours.
During the week of May 23-28, 2016 customers will also be able to purchase flowers, vegetables, and herbs during a plant sale.Methods of payment accepted will include Visa or Master Card, check, and cash.
The hours of operation will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. The showroom will be closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
