MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is pleased to announce that Southwest Airlines MHT Station has been recognized as “Ground Operations Station of the Year” in the Southwest system, for 2016.
MHT Station beat out over 100 stations for the honor by exceeding established key metrics: Originating on-time performance; turn compliance; baggage handling; bag recovery; passenger survey score; overtime; and under budget.
“We would like to congratulate Station Manager, Tom Labrie and the entire Southwest team for being recognized as the top Ground Operations Station in the entire Southwest system,” said Airport Director Mark Brewer. “This is a major accomplishment when you consider the challenges we face with winter operations in the Northeast. MHT is proud of the partnership we have with Southwest.”
