Helping Hands names its 50 Lowell Street building ‘Roussel House’

Helping Hands Executive Director Larry Nice.

MANCHESTER, NH – Helping Hands Outreach announces the dedication of its main building at 50 Lowell Street in Manchester as “Roussel House.” The ceremony will take place at 12 noon on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and the public is warmly invited to attend.

The building is being named in memory of Paul Roussel, former Director of Christian Aftercare Ministries, who served faithfully at this location. Paul devoted his life to welcoming men and women returning from jail and prison, as well as every new resident of Helping Hands. Through compassion, spiritual guidance, and practical support, he upheld the dignity of all he served.

His enduring legacy of faith and service lives on through the volunteers and staff of Christian Aftercare Ministries and Helping Hands Outreach which provides emergency and transitional housing. The naming of Roussel House will stand as a lasting testament to a man whose life reflected Christ’s love, hope, and selfless dedication to others.
