MANCHESTER, NH – Snow is receding. Cabin fever is subsiding. Spring cleaning is starting to sound like a great idea. Than can mean only one thing:
Time to plan your yard sale.
Before you do, there are a few things you need to do:
Fill out an application (see below) and pay the $5 fee for residential yard sales. Each resident is allowed two sales per calendar year.
Mail permit and $5 to Planning and Community Development Department, One City Hall Plaza, Manchester. Include your check or money-order.
Please note: Per Section 9.07 of the City of Manchester Zoning Ordinance it is illegal to post any signs on utility poles or public right of way areas.
