Jan. 26: Cue Zero holding auditions for ‘Bug’ by Tracy Letts

Cue Zero Theatre Company announces auditions for Tracey Letts’ Bug for Sunday, January 25th at 6 p.m., with callbacks on Monday January 26th at 6 p.m. Performances will take place May 1-3rd. Auditions, rehearsals, and performances will take place at the Arts Academy of New Hampshire in Salem.

Interested performers should sign up for a 30 minute group time-slot on Cue Zero’s website and prepare a one minute dramatic monologue. The CZT production will feature direction by Kaiti Maddox and fight choreography by Matt Brides.

In a rundown Oklahoma motel room, Agnes and her mysterious new companion Peter become entangled in a chilling web of paranoia and obsession. As their reality unravels, the line between conspiracy and delusion blurs—leaving audiences to wonder what’s real, and what’s imagined. Bug is a raw, claustrophobic thriller that examines loneliness, trauma, and the human need for connection amid chaos.

BUG is presented by special arrangement with Broadway Licensing, LLC, servicing the Dramatists Play Service collection. www.dramatists.com
