MANCHESTER, NH – Janet M. Smith has been appointed to the newly created position of Vice President of Property Management for Red Oak Apartment Homes. Smith will oversee all leasing and property management functions for Red Oak Apartment Homes.

Smith joined the company as Director of Operations in 2012. With a passion for the apartment industry, she quickly established a track record for fostering top performing teams within the company. Her high standards of integrity, commitment and excellence have resulted in higher occupancy rates, lower turnover and longer term lease renewals. Ms. Smith was formerly with MB Management.
Smith is a Real Estate Broker who has completed her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire with a focus on community development.
