Applicant has requested a compliance hearing for signage relating to a 2-story community center in a multifamily housing development.

Applicant has submitted a conditional use permit application for a reduction in on-site parking, where 9 spaces are required and 5 spaces are provided. The plan accommodates two additional on-street parking spaces.
SP2025-031: 15 High Street, Civic-Institutional District, Ward 3
Applicant has submitted a site plan application for the renovation of a 4,520 sq. ft. law office into a Community Art Hub including a new art gallery, private artist studio, and three artist in-residence apartments. Site improvements include a landscaped courtyard, reduced parking field, and increased street parking with a closed High Street curb cut.

PDSP2025-009: 2035 & 2055 Brown Avenue, General Business District & Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 8
Applicant has submitted a site plan planned development application for the renovation of a former bank into a coffee shop, and the redevelopment of a former car rental business into a new gas station/convenience store. The proposal includes a merger of lots, and reconfigured curb cuts.
