MANCHESTER, NH — Police arrested Jonathan Taveras, 23, in connection with a report of gunshots fired Saturday.
Taveras was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Sunday on a warrant charging him with reckless conduct related to an incident on July 28 at 2 a.m. involving gunshots fired in the area of Silver and Lincoln streets. Police recovered shell casings from the area.
