MANCHESTER, NH โ€“ Officer Richard Valenti Jr. was patrolling Hanover Street, near Maple Street, at 3:15 a.m. on October 18, 2015 when he observed a 1993 Honda Civic operating at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was traveling easterly on Hanover Street and was operated by Roberto Raymundo, 20, of Manchester.

According to a police narrative, Officer Valenti conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Lincoln and Manchester streets and spoke with Raymundo, who provided a false name on two separate occasions. Officer Valenti arrested him for disobeying a police officer as he provided a false name. He was ultimately identified during the booking process.

Raymundo had a previous suspension (Oct. 1, 2015)ย  so he was charged with driving after suspension or revocation (second offense) and disobeying a police officer. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on November 24, 2015.
