Anibal Serrano, 21, of Manchester, was arrested Oct. 22 by police after he was stopped for questioning on Union Street.
Just after midnight Officer Casey Finn and Sgt. Brandon Murphy conducted a field stop of Serrano near Laurel Street. Police say Serrano allegedly dropped a small plastic bag containing 12 smaller individually wrapped bags of a substance believed to be cocaine and heroin. The total weight of the bags equaled approximately .6 grams.
Serrano was charged with: sale/manufacture of a controlled drug (heroin); sale/manufacture of a controlled drug (cocaine); and violation of bail conditions.
Serrano appeared in the 9th Circuit Court of Manchester on Oct. 22 to face the charges.
