
MANCHESTER, NH โ A man who overdosed in a McDonald’s bathroom has been charged with possession of heroin.
Manchester Police officerโs responded to McDonald’s, 196 S. Willow St., at 12:30 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive man inside of the bathroom.

Officer Matt Mara spoke with the man,ย identified as Kyle Bisson, 29, of Manchester, who wasย inside of the bathroom. He wasย conscious when he spoke with Officer Mara,ย so another officer went inside the bathroom stall where they retrieved aย spoon containing heroin, a lighter and a syringe.ย Bisson had allegedly passed out in the bathroom prior to police arrival.
McDonaldโs workers claimedย he had a needle in his arm as he lay motionless on the ground. Officerโs retrieved 1.6 grams of heroinย and placed him into custody. He was charged with possession of a controlled drug (heroin) andย transported to Manchester Police headquarters. He was arraigned on March 10, 2015.
