A Pelham man out of prison for just 10 days was stopped by NH State Police after he was clocked doing 119 mph on I-93 in Manchester.
Kurt Giardullo, 38, of Pelham, was arrested Oct. 7.
Trooper M. Hicks was traveling on Interstate 93 SB in Manchester when he observed Giardullo speeding on I-93, and passing other motorists in the process. Hicks clocked Giardeullo going 119 in a 55 mph zone.
Giardullo told police, “ You don’t need send a guy back to prison for speeding,” during the arrest. Giardullo revealed to Trooper Hicks that he had been released from the Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility in Berlin, NH only ten days prior.
Giradullo was processed and released from the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks in Bedford without further incident.
