MANCHESTER, NH – Police are investigating a shooting in the area of Gill Stadium just after 8 p.m., at Beech and Bell streets.
The incident is under investigation and one person was treated at a local hospital for a gunshot wound to his abdomen, according to Manchester Police Lt. Brian O’Keefe.
The extent of the injuries to the victim, identified only as an 18-year-old male, were not immediately known, police said. Based on current information the shooting does not appear to be random, O’Keefe said.
