NOTE:ย The cityโs new zoning ordinance went into effect on March 1. However, since the following applications were submitted prior to March 1, the old zoning districts are included here for reference.

PDSP2025-007: 220 Londonderry Turnpike, General Business District, Ward 6
Continued from February 5, 2026. Applicant has submitted a planned development application for a medical center, including emergency services, and a medical office building.

PDSP2025-009: 2035 & 2055 Brown Avenue, General Business District & Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 8
Continued from February 5, 2026. Applicant has submitted a site plan planned development application for the renovation of a former bank into a coffee shop, and the redevelopment of a former car rental business into a new gas station/convenience store. The proposal includes a merger of lots, and reconfigured curb cuts.

SP2025-030: 157 Gay Street, General Industrial / Industrial Park District, Ward 8
Continued from January 8, 2026. Applicant has submitted a site plan application for a change of use to an existing commercial building from an indoor fitness center to a package distribution facility with associated site improvements on 0.7 acres.

SP2026-001: 22 Hazel Street, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 3
Continued from February 5, 2026. Applicant has submitted a change of use site plan for the conversion of former office space to (5) five residential units.

PDSP2026-001: Hackett Hill Road (Tax Map 766, Lot 15J), Residential Suburban-Multifamily District, Ward 12
Continued from February 5, 2026. Applicant has submitted a planned development and site plan amendment for a Phase 6 expansion of the Hidden Oak development. The proposal includes adding (20) twenty townhouse units, within (4) four buildings, to the 152 units existing on-site in addition to a 1010 SF clubhouse addition. Access for these new residential buildings is proposed by creating two new curb cuts on Hackett Hill Road within the Hooksett town line.

PDSP2026-002: Hackett Hill Road & Countryside Boulevard (Tax Map 766, Lot 15J), Residential Suburban-Multifamily District, Ward 12
Continued from February 5, 2026. Applicant has submitted a planned development and site plan amendment for a Phase 7 expansion of the Hidden Oak development. The proposal includes adding (8) eight townhouse units within (2) two buildings, to the 152 units existing on-site. Access for these new residential buildings is proposed by creating a new curb cut on Countryside Boulevard.

SP2024-001 Amendment: 215 Canal Street, Central Business District, Ward 3
Applicant has submitted a site plan amendment for the Queen City Center site improvements.

S2025-003 Extension: 232 Mast Road, Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 10
Applicant has submitted a one-year extension request for a conditionally approved subdivision application (S2025-003). The application was conditionally approved on March 20, 2025, to subdivide an existing 14,177 SF lot into two new lots of 7,840 SF (Lot 5) and 6,337 SF (Lot 5A).

CU2022-012 & SP2022-008 Extension II, 190 Zachary Road, General Industrial District, Ward 6
Applicant has submitted a one-year extension request to commence site work pursuant to a previously approved site plan (SP2022-008) and an associated conditional use permit (CU2022-012) for a reduction in on-site parking. The site received final approval on February 8, 2023, to build 34,500 SF of additional warehouse space and 3,500 SF of an elevated covered storage area to an existing manufacturing and warehousing building, and associated site improvements.

PDSP2026-003: 537 Union Street & 12 Walnut Street, Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 4
Applicant has submitted a planned development application for an expanded parking field on a parcel with two principal uses. The existing structure on Lot 8 will be razed and the lot merged for (14) fourteen new parking spaces.

S2026-002: 385 Youville Street, Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 12
Applicant has submitted a subdivision application for the subdivision of one residential lot into two where the existing single-family house will remain.

S2026-003: 192 Mammoth Road, Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 7
Applicant has submitted a subdivision application for the creation of two new buildable lots with frontage on Knowlton Street. Proposed Lots 29A and 29B of approximately 7,489 SF each, with the existing structure to remain on 33,403 SF parent parcel.

SP2026-003: 308 Taylor Street, Residential Two-Family District, Ward 5
Applicant has submitted a site plan application for one additional dwelling unit in an existing three-unit building with no exterior changes.

S2026-004: 1308 Wellington Road, Residential One Family Medium Density District, Ward 2
Applicant has submitted an application for design review of a subdivision application. The proposal is for 16 new lots and a new street that extends from Lakeview Lane.
