MANCHESTER, NH – Easterseals NH announces that Michele Talwani has joined the agency as senior vice president of community relations.
Talwani takes on a role newly created to support Easterseals’ strategic plan to develop centers of excellence at three locations in New Hampshire. As senior vice president of community relations, Talwani will plan, coordinate, and implement communications and major gift fundraising efforts around related projects. These include a new affordable apartment community in Rochester for adults 62 and older, a significant addition to Easterseals NH Gammon Academy at Zachary Road in Manchester, and the development of a 15-acre military and veteran campus in Franklin.
“Michele is an accomplished leader with deep expertise in strategic fundraising and relationship building,” said Pamela Hawkes, Easterseals NH Chief Development Officer. “She is a strong communicator and collaborator who makes genuine, lasting connections. We’re honored to have her as part of our team.”
Talwani brings 27 years of nonprofit communications and development experience to Easterseals. Recently, she served as director of community relations for the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund in Concord. Before that, she spent over nine years with Families in Transition, a New Hampshire homelessness and housing provider, and eleven with the Community Finance Development Authority. Talwani is a member of the Leadership New Hampshire board of trustees.

Talwani holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree from Plymouth State University. She is active in her alma mater and participates as a registered panelist with the Commission on Public Relations Education. Talwani resides in Concord.
