Monarchs’ Crescenzi benched for ‘kneeing’ incident

MANCHESTER, NH — The American Hockey League today announced that Manchester Monarchs centerย Andrew Crescenziย has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of a kneeing incident in a game at Providence on Feb. 6.

Crescenzi was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).

Crescenzi will miss Manchesterโ€™s games Friday (Feb. 13) vs. Springfield and Saturday (Feb. 14) vs. Bridgeport.


In other AHL news: The American Hockey League today announced that Rockford IceHogs centerย Cody Bassย has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of his actions in a game at Milwaukee on Feb. 6.

Bass was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). ย Bass will miss Rockfordโ€™s games Friday (Feb. 13) at Milwaukee and Saturday (Feb. 14) vs. Oklahoma City.
