Today’s Weather

Get ready for a chilly spring day ahead! Expect a mix of clouds and a brisk breeze, along with the possibility of some light snow showers. The high will only reach 39 degrees, but it may feel as low as 29 with those winds blowing in from the north at 10 to 15 mph—or even stronger at times. Bundle up and stay warm!

Record-Breaking Heat


This past weekend, dozens of daily and all-time March temperature records were shattered across the Southwest, with Palm Springs, California hitting 108 degrees Fahrenheit and Phoenix reaching 105. Anyone hoping for a real break from the heat will have to wait, as it’s set to spike again Tuesday and Wednesday when high pressure builds back in, strengthens, and sends the heat into the Plains.


Today: Cloudy, breezy, and cold with some snow showers. High 39 (few like 28) Winds: NNE 10-15+ mph

Tonight: Evening snow showers (1″) becoming partly cloudy & cold. Low 26 (feel like 21) Winds: NNW 5-15 mph

Tuesday: Some sun & not as cold. High 47 Winds: WNW 5-10 mph

Tuesday night: Partly cloudy. Low 30 Winds: SW 5-10 mph

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, mild & becoming breezy. High 52 (feel like 46) Winds: SW 10-15+ mph

Wednesday night: Mostly cloudy with some rain or snow showers late. Low 36 Winds: WSW 5-15 mph

Thursday: Lots of clouds & mild. High 51 (feel like 48) Winds: WSW 5-15 mph

Thursday night: Rain & drizzle. Low 38 (feel like 29) Winds: WSW 5-15 mph

Friday: Cooler & windy with some clouds & sun. High 43 (feel like 34) Winds: NW 10-20 mph

Friday night: Clearing, breezy, and colder. Low 20 (feel like 11) Winds: NNW 10-15 mph

Elevations for summits above 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits will be hidden with snow likely. Highs around the mid-20s, with north winds at 15 to 25 mph and gusts up to 50 mph. There’s a 70 percent chance of snow, and wind chills could drop as low as 11 below.

Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Clouds drifting over the summits with a chance of snow in the morning, becoming likely by afternoon. Highs will reach the upper 20s, with northeast winds at 10 to 15 mph and gusts up to 35 mph. Snow chances are around 70 percent.
