How Dry I Am
The last week of August will kick off with scattered showers and thunderstorms, but they won’t be enough to ease the ongoing drought. In fact, the drought conditions are expected to persist through the Labor Day weekend.

Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet: Summits will remain obscured with showers and a possibility of thunderstorms. Temperatures will reach the mid-60s, with southwest winds at up to 10 mph and gusts reaching 30 mph. Rain is likely, with a 90 percent chance.
Hit the Beach Hampton & Rye Beach Weather: The weather is mostly cloudy with patchy fog, a chance of passing showers, and a slight chance of thunderstorms. Thunderstorm potential is low.
