Murder suspect held without bail in Drynk stabbing death, affidavit sealed

MANCHESTER, NH โ€“ Joel Martin, the man accused of second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Darrell Robinson on May 9 inside a city dance club, waived his arraignment on Tuesday.

Martin, who was originally identified as a Manchester resident, listed his home address as Salem, NH, on court papers, which he signed.

However, the affidavit that normally accompanies an arraignment hearing was requested to be sealed, and was unavailable Tuesday.

He was arrested on May 9 by Boston Police, hours after the stabbing, as he attempted to leave a Boston hospital. Martin was identified by Manchester Police as the suspect in the fatal stabbing inside Drynk, a downtown Manchester night club.

Martin was held without bail and will remain in jail untilย May 27, when he is scheduled for a probable cause hearing.
