MANCHESTER, NH – A nursing assistant who was arrested for sexually assaulting a juvenile patient at a local hospital, is facing multiple new charges pertaining to another child.
Police on Wednesday released new information regarding Alexander Colbath, 25, of Manchester, now charged with 12 counts of Manufacturing Child Sexual Abuse Images and 12 counts of Possession of Child Sex Abuse Images. These charges stem from evidence police obtained from Colbath’s cell phone. Police located numerous child sexual abuse images and videos on the device.
Colbath was previously charged in December with Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault on a Child. He remains in custody, and the new charges were filed in absentia.
