MANCHESTER, NH — On a brisk autumn day Mayor Joyce Craig was joined by Jimmy Lehoux, John Clayton, Director of the Manchester Historic Association, and representatives of Manchester Connects and AARP for a ribbon-cutting and dedication of the new outdoor seating at Arms Park.
The collaborative project between Manchester Connects and the city’s parks and recreation department was funded by an AARP Community Challenge grant, awarded to projects that “create vibrant public spaces.”
