MANCHESTER, NH – The new 30,000-square-foot, two-story Gammon Academy building for EastersealsNH on Zachary Road in Manchester has been completed. The new addition, by North Branch Construction, will help the Academy continue its mission of providing specialized education to students with diverse learning needs, offering state-of-the-art facilities designed for accessibility, inclusivity, and the highest standards of education.
The building includes 15 classrooms, each with its own designated restroom. In addition to the classrooms, the project also features multi-purpose spaces for group activities, therapy, and extracurricular programming, along with expanded administrative offices to accommodate the growing needs of the Academy.
North Branch Construction has been working closely with EastersealsNH to ensure that the new facility meets the unique needs of Gammon Academy’s students while providing a safe and supportive environment. With extensive experience in educational and community-focused construction, North Branch Construction was well-suited to deliver a building that prioritizes both function and accessibility. EastersealsNH celebrated the project completion with a ribbon cutting event at the end of July.

Architectural design was provided by JSA Design of Portsmouth, NH. Civil and Structural Engineering services were provided by TFMoran, Inc. of Bedford, NH.
