MANCHESTER, NH — Temple Adath Yeshurun Brotherhood is pleased to present its traditional biennial, bipartisan Candidates Forum, a Manchester standard for over 50 years. Opening speaker will be Senator Tom Sherman, followed by the other major candidates. Also invited are incumbent Governor Chris Sununu, as well as Senator Maggie Hassan and Don Bolduc for the U.S. Senate and Congressman Chris Pappas and Karoline Leavitt for New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District.
The general public and media are invited, with doors opening at 9:00 a.m., on October 30, 2022.
The event begins at 9:15 a.m. with a welcome and “A Prayer for Our Country,” by Rabbi Beth Davidson, followed by an opening statement by the candidates after which attendees may ask questions. The Moderator is Manchester attorney and former U.S. Ambassador George Bruno. There will be security at the door and attendees are requested to wear masks. Parking is available behind the school across the street.
Local candidates for county and legislative office are invited to attend and meet and greet the crowd. The media is also invited.
