Applicant has requested to amend the conditions of site plan approval regarding hours of operation.
S2025-013: 4 Geneva Street, Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 10
Applicant has submitted a subdivision application for two lots of record that were effectively merged into one. The request is to conduct a subdivision along their original lot lines where Lot 24 will have 7,121 SF and Lot 24A will have 5,010 SF abutting the Town of Bedford.
