MANCHESTER, NH – An Exeter woman My request to the City of Manchester is to ban the use of bullhooks. I do not believe that our state of New Hampshire should encourage animal abuse nor should it profit from it. Recent bullhook bans have passed in Oakland CA, Los Angeles CA, Fulton County GA, Hallandale Beach FL and Marjate FL. They have become part of the growing list of compassionate and progressive localities that have protected elephants that are abused in the circus. I would like New Hampshire to join this group.
