NASHUA, NH – On December 9, 2024, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Manchester Police responded to Draft Kings at 1279 S. Willow St. for a vehicle into the building.
Arriving officers saw a 2018 Honda CRV that had gone through the windows on the Gold St side of the business. Employees told officers they had been in the breakroom when the vehicle suddenly came through the building. A 47-year-old female was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The driver was out of the vehicle and being checked by medical personnel. He was identified as Luis Rosario Rodriguez, 41.
Rodriguez had a small cut above his left eye, but no further injuries. Rodriguez was placed under arrest for Aggravated DUI.
