MANCHESTER, NH – The Normand J. Campeau Jr. Scholarship Trust is accepting applications from high school seniors who are residents of Manchester and in need of financial assistance to pursue vocational or technical programs or school upon graduation.
Depending on the number of students applying and the amount of aid requested, the Trust is hoping to provide 10 to 15 scholarships in amounts ranging from $2,000 to $5,000.

The Normand Campeau, Jr. Scholarship Trust is a new program for Manchester students. Norm Campeau was a resident of Manchester and a 1977 graduate of Manchester High School Central. As an owner of Skyline Roofing and Sheetmetal, Inc., and later as an owner of several trailer and storage companies, he knew the value of vocational education and training in the trades. Norm also volunteered at the Manchester School of Technology, helping students to build a hotrod vehicle. He felt that there should be more opportunities for students to further their vocational and technical education beyond high school. It was Norm’s wish to help provide that opportunity to high school seniors residing in Manchester through the establishment of this scholarship fund. Tragically, Norm was killed in a car crash in 2022, but these scholarships will carry out his goal to provide students with a foundation for good, productive and prosperous lives.
To be eligible, applicants must be graduating high school seniors residing in Manchester, New Hampshire and attending a public, charter, parochial, private or home school. Applicants must be planning to attend a technical or vocational school or program, demonstrate financial need or hardship, and show a strong interest in a specific technical or vocational field. The minimum required GPA is 2.5. Applications are due on April 15, 2026.
